Who we are

Advaire is a video-ad studio based in Arizona, USA. If you have any question about your information, email us at advaire0@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us, by email or through our request form (coming soon):

• Your name and email address
• Your business name, website and social media links
• What you want advertised and which platforms you plan to run ads on
• Which plan you are interested in
• Any files or brand assets you share with us (logos, product photos, footage, music and so on)

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, make your ads, send invoices and deliver your finished work. That is it.

We don’t sell it

We never sell your information. We share it only with the tools we need to deliver your work, such as email, form handling, file storage, and the AI and video production tools we use to make your ads.

Cookies, tracking and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or third-party embeds. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading the site doesn’t send your details to a font provider. The only thing the site stores in your browser is a small note for the current session so the intro animation doesn’t replay every time you load the homepage. It isn’t used to identify you and is cleared when you close your browser.

Deleting your information

Want us to delete what you’ve sent us? Email advaire0@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children

Our services are for businesses. This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version.

Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a free test ad or buy a plan from Advaire. By working with us, you agree to them.

The free test ad

• One vertical ad, up to 15 seconds long, ready in 48 hours.
• Includes 1 round of changes.
• No obligation and no card needed.
• Delivered as a watermarked preview. The clean, watermark-free file is delivered only after you buy a plan.
• The watermarked preview may not be used in paid or published ads.

Plans and pricing

• Single ad: from $150
• 3-ad pack: from $300 (one-time)
• 6-ad pack: from $550 (one-time)
• Monthly retainer: from $700/month for 10 ads

Final pricing depends on length, complexity and turnaround, and is always confirmed with you before work begins.

Payment

• We send an invoice first.
• Single ads and packs: 80% up front, 20% when you approve the final ads.
• Monthly retainer: paid at the start of each month. No contract, cancel anytime. Cancelling takes effect from the next month.

Changes (revision rounds)

• Free test ad: 1 round
• Single ad: 2 rounds
• 3-ad pack: 3 rounds per ad
• 6-ad pack: 5 rounds per ad
• Monthly retainer: unlimited

Changes cover edits to the same ad idea. A brand-new concept counts as a new ad.

Our free redo promise

If you’re not happy with the first cut, we’ll redo it from scratch for free, once per ad.

Who owns the ads

You own your finished ads once they’re paid in full. We may show them in our portfolio, unless you tell us not to.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the rights to any logos, products, music or other assets you send us.
• You confirm that the claims you ask us to make about your product or business are true.
• You’re responsible for following each ad platform’s policies when you run your ads.

Ad spend and results

Ad spend is paid separately, straight to the ad platform; it isn’t part of our price. We make ads built to perform, but we can’t guarantee specific results such as views, clicks or sales.

Turnaround

Turnaround times are estimates. We’ll confirm the timing with you before work starts.

Limit of liability

Our total liability for any work is limited to the amount you paid for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
