Good questions.
Do I need to be on camera?
No. Our ads use characters, product visuals and voiceover, so nobody has to appear on camera.
What do you need from me?
A product link or a few photos, a short description, and who your customers are. We take it from there.
How long does an ad take?
Free test ads are ready in 48 hours. The 2-ad starter is ready in 2–3 days, and packs in 4–8 days. Monthly clients get new ads every week. Each plan lists its own turnaround, and we'll confirm your date before we start.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, anytime. There's no long-term contract. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
How does payment work?
We send you an invoice before any work begins. For the 2-ad starter and packs, you pay 80% up front and the remaining 20% when you approve the final ads. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month.
Who owns the finished ads?
You do. Once they're paid for, the finished ads are yours to post, run and edit anywhere. We may show them in our portfolio unless you'd rather we didn't.
Is the free test ad watermarked?
Yes. It comes with an Advaire watermark so you can judge the work. Pick any plan and we'll send you the clean, watermark-free file.
What if I don't like the free test ad?
Then you walk away. There's no charge and no obligation.
Do you run the ads for me?
We can help you plan and set up boosts. Your ad spend always stays in your own account and under your control.
